250 Calorie Breakfast

This morning I had a 250 calorie breakfast.



1/2 cup rice cereal  (50 calories)

1/2 cup corn cereal (60 calories)
1/2 cup skim milk (40 calories)

1 cup smoothie (~100 calories)

Smoothie recipe for family:
3 cups orange juice
1/4 cup water
1 cup fresh mango
16 frozen strawberries
handful blueberries

each 8 ounce cup is around 100 calories

  1. Looks good and healthy! And here I ate 2 breakfasts this morning. I almost forgot to use my free breakfast at Chickfila today. I guess I should just say I ate a very early lunch. :)

  2. Thanks, Leslie! I almost went to Chickfila. The chicken minis are not that high in calories.

    I thought I would be hungry after just cereal, but I wasn't this time. However, I knew that if I was hungry I had 100 calories available for a snack. =)
